Maria Angelova
CEO & CFO

Maria Angelova provides strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. She also manages the financial functions and performance of Elite Network Services. Mrs. Angelova has held operational and financial management positions in the Telecommunications and Financial industries. Mrs. Angelova’s more than sixteen years industry experience includes companies like MCI-Worldcom, Bellsouth, Merrill Lynch, and AIG. 
Mrs. Angelova holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.

Maher Abdel
President

Maher Abdel is a founding member and the President of Elite Network Services.  He provides strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and management to establish long-term goals, plans and policies. Prior to the foundation of Elite Network Services, Mr. Abdel held engineering and project management positions with Lucent Technologies, Tyco Electronics and Sprint. Mr. Abdel brings more than twenty years of experience specializing in engineering design of DC power plant. 
Mr. Abdel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
 

Richard Khallouf
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Richard Khallouf joined Elite Network Services as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2012. Mr. Khallouf is responsible for developing and implementing sales and market for the organization. Prior to joining Elite Network Services, Mr. Khallouf held sales and sales leadership positions with leading edge IT and telecommunications companies. His more than twenty years industry experience includes start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies. 
Mr. Khallouf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
